My very first job was as a nursing assistant in a hospital in Russia, which gave me early experience in patient care. I always had a strong desire to be a doctor and help people, and dentistry gave me the opportunity to do just that while also seeing immediate results that make a real difference in patients’ lives. In my free time, I enjoy snuggling with my granddaughter, tending my garden, and riding my Harley. Something people may not know about me is that I am a trained field combat surgeon. When it comes to food, I can never resist ice cream—vanilla is my favorite.
